A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology, Dakota currently works with Child and Family Support services as a case manager. In this role, she helps families struggling with addictions to be reunified. Dakota loves helping kids and parents overcome challenges and finds her position very rewarding.
Dakota has an Aggregate Platelet Disorder and she has been actively engaged with various bleeding disorder organizations for quite some time. Dakota held various volunteer positions and received the first Blackledge award for Advocacy from the Hemophilia Foundation and was elected leader of the Red Tie Movement, a coordinated march for Bleeding Disorder Month at her school.
